Main Bedroom: Equipped with a king size bed, and on-suite bathroom with Double shower, basin and Toilet Second Bedroom: King size bed Third bedroom: Double bed Fourth bedroom also a double bed Second bathroom: Bath / Shower / toilet and basin. Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming towels. The kitchen and open living area is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and all essential utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a braai room with open slide doors, opens up to a patio Smart TV And Wifi available (Solar so you won’t be kept in the dark) Parking outside for 2 cars Walking distance to the island, Transkaroo and Oppispoor – there is also a clubhouse in the estate. The house can comfortably sleep max 8 people and is available for holiday from 15 December 2024 to 3 January 2025 (minimum 10 days) R4500 per day 50% Deposit to confirm your booking. The other 50% 10 days before arrival. We charge a R3000 breakage deposit and R950 outgoing cleaning fee.
